About Jamie Ziegel

Jamie Ziegel is a well-known and experienced Advisor and Leader within the Canadian Commercial Real Estate Industry. Known for his creative ability to find value and liquidity within assets and portfolios, Jamie has honed a unique process to lead the design, preparation, and presentation of pitches to best ensure success and then to work within teams to achieve the desired outcome of any assignment.

Over the past 35+ years in the industry, Jamie has worked in underwriting, brokerage, brokerage leadership, and investment banking leadership for companies including Royal LePage Commercial, Cushman & Wakefield Inc., and, most recently, TD Securities Real Estate Investment Banking Group, culminating in over $55 Billion in successful transactions to date. Through his non-hierarchical team approach, transactions that Jamie and his teams have been involved in include asset sales, portfolio sales, JV transactions, equity raises, debt assignments, and consulting assignments within every sector of the real estate industry.

Jamie is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business from The University of Western Ontario, where he graduated within one of the top four quartiles of his class. As a four-year member of the Varsity Basketball Team at UWO, Jamie was selected to the National Final-Four All-Star Team in his final year.
